Terms of Service
Last updated October 1, 2026
These terms apply when you buy videos from TownReels or use this website. They are written to be read. If something here is unclear, ask us before you pay.
What we do
TownReels makes short promotional videos for businesses that serve food and drink. You send us photos, clips and information about your business. We send back finished vertical videos and a caption for each one.
The videos are produced with AI tools and checked by a person before you see them. The food, the place and the people shown are the ones in the material you send us.
What you buy
You buy a fixed number of videos. The current packages and prices are on the pricing page. Each video is 15 to 30 seconds long, vertical, with your branding, on-screen text, licensed music, a call to action and a caption.
We do not promise views, followers, leads, sales or any other result. We do not film on site, run ads, reply to comments or manage your social media accounts day to day.
Payment
Each batch is paid for before we start work on it. The trial is a single payment. Monthly plans renew every month until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time from your account. Cancelling stops the next renewal. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
Revisions and approval
Every video includes one round of revisions: changes to text or music, or swapping a photo. A new concept is a new video. Extra revision rounds and extra videos are available at the prices on the pricing page. Mistakes of fact or technical faults that are ours are fixed at no charge.
Nothing is published without your approval. If we post on your behalf as an add-on, we post only what you have approved, and silence is never treated as approval.
Refunds
If you ask before we have started work on a batch, we refund that batch in full. Once videos from a batch have been delivered, the batch is not refundable, but the revision round and our duty to fix our own mistakes still apply. If we cannot deliver what you paid for, we refund it.
What you give us
You confirm that you have the right to use the photos, clips, logos, reviews and other material you send, including permission from any person who can be recognised in them, and that the facts you give us (prices, hours, offers, addresses) are accurate. You keep ownership of everything you send. You give us permission to use it to make your videos.
We do not invent dishes, reviews, offers or endorsements. A review is quoted only if it is real and you tell us you may use it.
What you get
Once a batch is paid for, the finished videos are yours to post on your own business's accounts and website. The music is licensed for that use; do not reuse the track on its own or in other productions.
We show a client's video as an example of our work only with that client's permission.
Accounts
Accounts are identified by email address and opened with single-use sign-in links. Anyone who can read that inbox can open the account, so keep the inbox secure.
Liability
The service is provided as described on this page, without other warranties. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about a batch of videos is limited to what you paid for that batch, and we are not liable for lost profits or other indirect losses.
Ending the agreement
You can stop at any time by cancelling your plan or by not buying another batch. We may decline or stop work, with a refund for anything paid for and not delivered, if material sent to us is unlawful or misleading or infringes someone else's rights.
Changes and governing law
If we change these terms we will update the date at the top. The terms in force when you paid for a batch apply to that batch. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
