What we collect

• Enquiries and feedback. What you type into a form on this site: your business name, your name, an email address or phone number, a link if you give one, and your message.
• Account details. Your email address, when the account was created, and whether you have opted in to occasional emails from us.
• Orders. What you bought, when, and how much you paid. Card details go to Stripe; we never receive or store them.
• Material for your videos. The photos, clips, logo, menu and business information you send us, and the videos we make from them.
• Technical data. A sign-in cookie that keeps you logged in, and standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) used for security and for fixing faults.

How we use it

To reply to you, to make and deliver your videos, to take payment, to keep the site secure, and to fix problems. We send marketing emails only if you opted in, and every one has an unsubscribe link.

Who else handles it

We use other companies to run the service. Each one receives only what it needs for its job:

• Stripe, for payments.
• Our hosting and database providers, for running this site.
• Our email provider, for sign-in links and replies.
• Cloudflare, for protecting forms against bots. Its check may set its own cookie.
• AI service providers, which process the business information and material you send so that we can produce your videos.
• An error-monitoring service, which receives technical details of faults but not what you typed.

If we add product analytics or advertising measurement, this page will say so before it is switched on.

How long we keep it

Account, enquiry and video material is kept while you are a customer or until you ask us to delete it. Payment records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires, with the link to your account removed if you delete it.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and everything connected to it. Write to [email protected] or use the feedback form. We do not treat you differently for making a request.

People in your photos

If you send us material that shows staff or customers, you are responsible for having their permission. If you are a person who appears in a video we made and want it changed or removed, write to us and we will take it up with the business.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top. See also the terms of service.
