How to post your videos
Each video is a vertical MP4 with its caption. Download it on your phone, then post it from your own account like any other video; about a minute each. The one thing that is new: the apps ask you to label videos made with AI. Switch that label on; it takes one tap and keeps your account in good standing.
A good rhythm: one video every week or two, posted late morning or late afternoon on a weekday, when people decide where to eat. Reply to the first few comments; that matters more than the time of day.
Instagram (Reel)
- Open Instagram, tap + at the bottom, choose Reel.
- Pick the video from your camera roll (save it there first if it went to Files: open the file and tap Share → Save Video).
- Next → paste the caption we sent → under Add label, switch on “AI-generated” (Instagram calls it AI info).
- Share. Also tick “Share to Facebook” if your page is linked: one tap, two places.
TikTok
- Tap +, then Upload, and pick the video.
- Next → paste the caption → tap More options → switch on “AI-generated content”.
- Post. TikTok adds the label itself; nothing else to do.
Facebook (Reel)
- On your page: What’s on your mind → Reel → pick the video.
- Paste the caption → Next → under AI label, mark it as made with AI → Share.
Stuck? Write to [email protected] with the app you are using and a screenshot; a person answers. Your videos and captions stay on your page whenever you need them again.
